Born in Hamburg, Germany, Paula is a fashion and portrait photographer who is driven by her interactions with people and surrounding landscapes. A big part of Paula’s practice is the use of natural light to develop soft and flat imagery heavily influenced by Romanticism and the Pre-Raphaelite era.

In 2017, she won the Rotary Young Photographer of the Year and was awarded Judges Choice at Beyond the Frame the following year. Most recently, she was shortlisted for the AOP Student Awards and got commissioned to shoot the merchandise campaign for Latitude Festival in 2021 and 2022.
